This week was cool cuz I got to see family 1 and family 2 on the skypppeee! Yay!!! It was literally the best thing in the entire world to talk to my family in Spanish and we could like... talk in Spanish. Ah! Even if the mission does nothing for anyone, at least I can speak Spanish and that is such a huge blessing for me and my family! "Todas las cosas han sido hecho segun la sabiduria de aquel que todo lo sabe." 2 Nefi something or other never been good with references.
This week I also received information that my emails are cryptic and confusing. GOOD. hahah no really I'll try to be more clear.
This is my daily schedule verse one-- to be sung to the tune of When Will My Life Begin from Tangled:
Half hour to seven the usual morning lineup
Roll out of bed and pray for the day on my knees!
Situp and pushups that dont really help at all
Pray again and by then its like 7:15
So then I'll read a book or maybe 2 (bible) or 3 (d&c)
I'll add a few new citas to my agenda-llery
I'll spray for bugs and then we pray and basically
just wonder when will my mission begiiiiin.
The third line needs work but you know.
Happy Mothers Day everyone! I have learned a lot about the importance of moms on the mission. I'm grateful to have so many wonderful women in my life!
Besito! Diligence!
Hermana Scott
Some photos. Including: Drinking mate in my pajamas because its a freezing 60 degrees, the flies on Elder McNultys birthday cake, eating icecream at the German mans store in Concepcion, being dumb with Hermana Francani, and other adventures in the which I took a picture.
hey [family] remember when we went to that civil war reenactment and they were selling pickles on sticks but then you wouldnt let us buy them and so we bought our own pickles and ate them on top of the mountain? Well even if you dont heres a picture of me finally fulfilling my dream of eating a pickle on a stick.
