Manna or Mangoes

Yoooohooo! Hello family!! No, I did not forget to add you, I just didn't write last week hahah sorry! Nothing cool is happening so I didn't write! ..

We're just walking in the sun, eating abundant fruits from off the trees, sweating buckets, and oh yeah, planning a wedding.

Ha! We found a reference of PURE GOLD two weeks ago, his name is Richard. Richard has a lot of faith. He told us our first lesson that he prayed and he had a feeling that he needed to find a different church. And then that he realized he was living in sin because he was not married to his pareja, Elisa. Who is a menos activo. Richard's biggest problem is that he won't pray to know the church is true because he "feels a special feeling in his heart and knows its true," thereby eliminating all purpose for asking. Esta familia me mata!!

Richard and Elisa are going to be married the 23 of this month and Richard will be baptized afterwards, and two of their three daughters will be baptized the following week.
In my setting apart I was blessed to watch "families be made whole" through the gospel of Jesus Christ. And I've been studying in 2 Nephi 4,5,6, about how God will fulfil ALL promises He's made to His children and gee, people, I am SO BLESSED to be here watching it all happen.

Literally, it's so humbling. I have learned a lot. I was thinking all about preparing better my teaching, about teaching more simply, about helping people understand, but with Richard I am seeing that the Holy Ghost really does all of it and you just have to show up hahaha. Nah, I kid. Mostly. But really. The Holy Ghost teaches everything. We just do the best we can. When they are really seeking, they will find!

But wish me luck on all of this. Having never planned a wedding and scarcely planned a baptism I am under a little bit of stress. XD Can we build it?! YES WE CAN!

You guys are great. Thanks for listening to my rants. hahah love all of you, Hermana Scott
PS Shout out to the Talbot cousins, all of whom decided to get married in the ONE YEAR that I'm not at home. Gee, people. :)
