Transfers came and went and literally nothiiiiing changed in our zone. Like two people get new companions and thats basically it. But whatever we went out to mcdonalds to celebrate changes and it was fine. The next change is gonna be pretty intense because both of our zone leaders are going home and our district leader is going home and Hermana A finishes training so all kinds of crazy things can happen hahah. I was counting --ehh, dont tell the other missionaries they{ll say im trunky-- but I think I only have three changes left. I think I{ll be home on February 8th but not sure. Either three or four changes. DEMASIADO POCO haahaha Its so crazy to think that Im going to skype you guys at christmas and be home two months later.

Our week was as good as it could be...I am feeling good physically but a little emotionally exhausted haha. Whats new? :D But really Im good. Hermana A is good too.

I have been studying the conference talks like an animal hahha I LOVE IT President Uchtdorf is just a boss. He gave some great talks. I cant remember what talk it was but someone talked about leadership, and how the measure of a good leader is a great follower. He said, ¨Christ does not call us dependent on our skills or talents of speaking or directing. A good leader is called for his devotion to follow Christ.¨ It was like the true doctrine of ¨God doesnt called the capable he calls the willing.¨ Made me think.

Anyhow Im just blabbing but yeah, we{re good. Nothing special really to write this week hahaha

This week was actually some pretty great work for us. Marlene got baptized and it was a really amazing experience. About fifty people came, all her less active family members and nonmember family members... everyone came out to support her. It was really insane. She was a little nervous about actually getting baptized but she just had that light of Christ in her face afterwards... just made her look stunningly beautiful. We ate a lot after and it was just really good. My favorite part is always the confirmation. The Spirit just like comes in like niagra falls. I love it.

And lately we have actually been super impressed because we have had 71 people at church for 3 successive weeks. That is insane!!! We wish we could say its our fault but really its just the people. They decide by themselves to come to church and we just celebrate with them. I think the members mostly all like me so thats good.

Weird that school is starting again. I am so out of touch with america and seasons. I just feel like every day is basically the same hahah

But we are good. Things are good.

Thanks for letting me know whats up with you, crew. Thoroughly enjoyed the statue selfies. Some things just dont change haha. Glad to hear that all was safe and as well as it could be...

This week has been another week in the mission field. We have had a lot of success, we are doing the best we can. Getting pretty stoked for Marlene´s baptism this saturday. She is brilliantly smart so it really helps. Her work schedule is a real pain so we´ve had a really hard time finding time to teach, but once you tell her one thing, she remembers is forever so that´s cool.

We celebrated one year of me on the mission with Hermana Alexander puking hahah, but she got a blessing and in the blessing the Elder was like, ¨you will be healed.¨ and I was like.. whoa. And sure enough today she is healed and we´re fine. God is awesome.

To answer mom´s question, yes, I did just get out of a traumatizing experience, and yes, that did inspire my drastic hair color change haha. I like it. I sing the little mermaid songs all the time and it just works hah. I am no longer sick. Im like the opposite of sick. Im wonderful! God is so great. I am so blessed and I dont even deserve it.

uhhhhhhhhhhhhh what else.

Oh we´ve had some really great lessons this week but Laura decided to move to the chaco and we´re a little bummed about that. She said that when she comes back she will look for the missionaries again, but we´ll see. It´s been really cool to see Hermana Alexander teach her, and see her vocabulary expand. Its really hard to be a ´mom´ -- way more respect for actual moms. But its cool also to see someone grow and progress so fast.

Oh and the other funny thing is that a sister at church came up to me and was like, ¨would you like to be my daughter in law??¨ and I was like... wait, what? She was very sad to find that I had a novio and was not interested in dating her rm son hahahha they are a great family but just.. no. hahahahhahaha So that made everything a little awkward.

And yes! Also I finished Nefi this week and I LOVE NEFI he´s so bombin. My favorite part is when he says in the end of 2 Nefi, I glory in clarity, I glory in truth, I glory in my Jesus. I love that use ¨my¨ Jesus. He loved the Lord so much. I want Him to be ¨my Jesus¨ also.

I love you all so much. I think about you and I pray for you and we only have 4 more months until Christmas and 6 more until Im home!!!

This week we've had a party. hahaha we went a little crazy last monday and my hair suffered from it. hahahahahha but its fun, I like it. In other news, here are the things that have happened.

-free icecream
-we saw a naked man in the street
 - everyone thinks we are german, or elders, and we are neither
- sixteen people have accepted to be baptized in the last 4 weeks
 - im losing weight like nobodys business
- we follow the spirit and it saves our lives because theres so many random crap people out there
 - interviews with president
- hermana alexander gets sick FOR ONCE NOT ME YAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAY
 - everybodys going to church. literally 72 people I cant believe that this is even real life. Like all the less actives just be like, yeah, I just decided to go to chuch now. And we're like, wait, what???
 - we taught a catholic priest about eternal marriage
 - Marlene is getting baptized in two weeks

yeeeeeeeeeeep thats it. hahahah we just are rolling with the punches. I have laughed so much this week because the randomest crap keeps happening and we just dont even know what do about it. ALSO

So we had this training right, and nos bajo la cana for not doing our excercises, and so we were all like, yeah!! Lets do excercises! Hermana Alexander is like the opposite of a morning person ahahha but I managed to get her out of bed to go running right and so she starts running and then she starts sprinting like a maniac because newsflash she actually likes running! And so I was like huffing and puffing trying to catch up, right. SO THEN I tripped and fell on my face hahahah it was so embarrassing I thought I died. So I fell so hard that I ripped holes in my pants and in my sweater and just bleeded and then we limped home like abuelas its was soooooooooooooo funny I loved it.

This week was good, we had divisions with the Hermana leaders and that was fun. Hermana Alexander is awesome, we decided that we were friends before this life. We are really stupid together but hey, its a grand old time. I have never been one to ever do things just to like.. do them. does that make sense? Like I always like to really think things through. But with Hermana Alexander its just like, should we put a bunch of carrots in the blender and drink it? Yeah like, thats healthy, why not? And that sort of thing. She still gets really frustrated for what she doesnt know but shes learning a lot.

 We did have a good week of work. Like, every one was suuuuper nice to us and like 6 people accepted the baptismal invitation. We are still working with Marlene, she was going to get baptized but then she didnt come to church sooo we are working with it. She is just really cute though. She already lives all the commandments so it makes it way easier to teach her.

 Im receiving a lot of personal revelation so its been kind of cool. Me and the Lord, we just kind of talk and hang out sometimes. Like OH my hahhaha I was planning to go a certain route the other night and as soon as I decided to do it I got a really strong impression that we shouldnt go that way and that we needed to take a collectivo to the route and then come back through the area which is waaaaaaaaaaay longer. And so Im like, "ugh like that makes life so much harder" And the holy ghost was like "excuse me for trying to save your life" hahahahah I just... I love the Holy Ghost-- we are tight.
